PMT (GB) Limited has achieved ISO17025 (UKAS accreditation 0829) for Particle Counter Calibration and Air Sampler Calibration.
We continue to heavily invest in our service department to keep up-to-date with both our customers’ needs and changing regulatory requirements. These investments include continuous development of our service laboratories, staff training, equipment renewal and improved operating and quality control procedures to ensure that we maintain the highest possible standards of service.
All Particle Counter Calibrations for pharmaceutical applications are calibrated to the exacting standard of ISO 21501-4:2018 which includes measurements to verify and set flow rate, counting efficiency, particle sizing, resolution, signal ratios and zero count. Each Particle Counter Calibration and Air Sampler Calibration is completed using NIST-traceable standards, and a certificate of calibration is provided.
Particle Counter Calibrations are carried out to ISO21501-4 standards on applicable instruments. ISO 21501-4:2018 describes a calibration and verification method for an airborne particle counter, which is used to measure the size and particle number concentration of particles suspended in air. At PMT (GB) Limited, we are able to carry out Particle Counter Calibration and services on most particle counters manufactured by PMS, MET One, Lighthouse and Climet.
